Trump International Hotel and Tower in Chicago

Designed by Adrian Smith together with Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, The Trump International Hotel and Tower or just known simply as the Trump Tower is a landmark skyscraper of downtown Chicago and it was completed in 2009.

Named after Donald Trump, the famous billionaire, this structure has 92 stories and it is 360 meters tall, or 423 meters if you also include the spire. Its height surpasses that of the John Hancock Center at the title of the highest residence in the world although it was dethroned by the Burj Khalifa building. It is at the moment number twelve in the top of the highest buildings in the world.

It is next to the Chicago River and it offers a view of Lake Michigan entry and its design offers different functions. The first floors host a retail space, a parking garage, condos and also a hotel. The hotel has 339 rooms and has a four or five star rating and there are only four hotels in Chicago with such a high standard.

At the 16th floor there is a restaurant named Sixteen and this one can also boast with its high rating and excellence of services.
