The practice of Pitsou Kedem Architect designed the Tel Aviv Town House 1 which is a vertical residential project with an elegant contemporary design.

Located in Tel Aviv, Israel, the home features a façade which combines opaque tones with abundant glass surfaces and white walls allowing a permanent dialogue with the surrounding landscape and welcoming abundant natural light inside.

The top of the building hosts a terrace with a large swimming pool which is a perfect place to relax and also offers splendid views of the surroundings. The large floor to ceiling windows have a set of shutters which provide the house with privacy when it is needed and they also open up completely when extra light is required.

The interior design has an open plan with a long staircase connecting the floors together. The color palette inside is neutral and bright with a wooden flooring to add a natural and warm element. The cozy ambiance is completed by minimal decorations to create an elegant and optimistic space.
