The Rotman School of Management is a part of the University of Toronto, Canada and it was designed in 2012 by the practice of KPMB Architects to host one of the most innovative business schools in the world.

The school was rapidly successful due to the Integrative Thinking curriculum and this led to the need for a larger setting which was conceived as a global hub that would help the core philosophy of The Rotman School, namely to promote creativity and innovation for the business education of the modern day.

The University of Toronto started an invited competition in 2007 and the practice of KPMB was the winner with a project that combines a highly modern glazed façade with more classical elements and a highly efficient interior layout.

The project meets the LEED Silver requirements and offers a new campus that links the existing building to the floors of the new building which will host the Desautels Center, the Lloyd and Delphine Martin Prosperity institute as well as other research programs, classrooms, study spaces and a large 400 seat event space in the center.
