PGGM is a financial service provider for the health sector and their new headquarters were designed by the ADP architecten practice in collaboration with Mateo Arquitectura.

Located in Zeist, The Netherlands, the project addresses the need for additional space while also recovering the parkland surrounding it and maintaining a connection with the landscape. The interior was designed to be flexible with multi-purpose areas and sustainable features such as ventilation systems integrated into the ceiling to allow the natural filtering of air and thus save energy.

The office wings are transparent and a new building was added in the existing patio. The underground parking garage spreads over three levels and there is an expedition street under the office wings. The offices and the patio were raised above the ground level through a steel construction and thus it is at the same level as the crests of the trees which surround the structure to ensure a good overview of the park.
