The Peribere Residence was designed in 2013 by the practice of Max Strang Architecture and it features a contemporary design with minimalist features and a great view toward the Miami skyline and Port from the Biscayne Bay area.

The residence stands as a monolithic white structure with aluminum sun louvers to protect the inhabitants from the hot climate of the region and there is a large sliding glass opening to give access to the covered terrace with swimming pool.

The house has a roof deck which ensures a great view of the bay and the predominant tones inside are white on the ceiling and walls completed by Brazilian Ipe wood flooring with cement on the living area floor as well as on some of the walls to bring an industrial touch into the atmosphere. The decorations area minimalist and consist of contemporary pieces such as the large painting on the corridor or the small sculpture in the living area.
