The Paque Toreo is a mix-use complex located in Naucalpan, Mexico which is the most developed suburban area to the north of the Federal District and it was completed in the winter of 2014 with a design by the Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos practice.
The project wants to be a landmark and focal point of a larger reorganization master plan that wants to begin the economic and social recovery of the Toreo-Naucalpan corridor as well as of the Toreo-Reforma zone. The main purpose of the project was that of a great park which can bring together several uses and it contains three corporate buildings with office areas spreading over a surface of 440,580 square meters as well as public spaces.
There is a large shopping mall integrated, an auditorium and hotel in a region that offers easy access to the Periferico Norte, Av. Rio San Joaquin and Av. Parque de Chapultepec.
