This loft is in an apartment building in Taipei, Taiwan and it was called Pad 67 by the designer Dillon Chen from the D|C Interior Design studio.

The loft spreads over a surface of 2200 square feet and it provides a modern interior which was adapted from a former five bedroom apartment into a more spacious one with two bedrooms and a guest room. The new configuration allows an open floor plan with the living room, kitchen and bar integrated into the same area to provide a comfortable and elegant design that has some customized details.

There is a home office which is separated from the social area by a glazed wall and there is a custom-designed bookshelf here for storage space hosting the CDs and books of the bachelor. The five bedrooms were too much and the new design stripped some of the interior walls to allow extra natural light inside while also bringing it up to modern standards.
