The architectural practice of Herzog & De Meuron, who won the Pritzker award, designed the Jade Signature building in the tropical landscape of Miami which will host a luxury condominium of 57 floors right next to the Sunny Isles beach in uptown Miami.

The project was designed by a team which consisted of the landscape architect Raymond Jungles and interior designer Pierre Yves Rochon and it consists of a tower in the shape of a parallelogram with an underground parking that features a pioneering method of construction.

The main lobby will have three circular staircases leading to the higher floors and each individual unit will have a ceiling height of 12 feet and will have one to six bedrooms ranging from 1,400 to 10,500 square feet in their total area.

There will be 192 oceanfront apartments angled toward the south sun so that the inhabitants can enjoy a view of the coastline. The lofts will feature floor to ceiling glazed openings and wide balconies to provide shading and also extend the space of each loft with a generous terrace.
