The Google Offices in Budapest, Hungary take their inspiration from a spa since there are over 500 springs in the capital and the project was created by the Graphasel Design Studio with a highly interactive and playful approach.

The offices of the company all begin their design from a keyword that is represented in the work environment and in this case the word was “spa”, with the Szechenyi and Gellert baths being actually represented into the project.

The country prides on its successes at the water polo Olympiad and world championships, so this sport was also integrated into the space with a parallel to the competition existing in the world of sport and in that of business. There is even an outdoor beach and all of the rooms were designed with recycled materials combined with antique furniture pieces and printed wallpaper surfaces on floorings or in the boardroom combined with mosaic and real wood in places where an imitation wouldn’t work.
