Euralis is an important company in the field of agriculture and food processing which has over 5000 employees and their new offices in Lescar, France were designed in 2013 by the practice of LCR Architectes to create a setting that would integrate the new contemporary features and a more efficient interior layout.

The original structure was built during the 1970s and spreads over a surface of 8000 square meters. The new facade combines style and technology into a simple mix with various glass panels that alter in their transparency and color.

The company wanted to reduce the energy consumption of the office by half and the towers were preserved instead of being demolished since they had a historical significance. The urban regulation limited the number of floors to eleven and the concrete structure of the building proved to integrate well with the glass facade which would be consistent with the city as well as with the identity of the company.
