Following the modern trend of turning an industrial space into a living space David Walentas transformed this old clock tower into an amazing contemporary penthouse that spreads over three floors.

The clocks are excellent as decorative elements and also allow extra light to come in thus increasing the luminosity inside and even providing additional viewpoints. This penthouse has a clock on each of its walls and they all have 14 feet in diameter.

The penthouse includes three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, each with high ceiling and due to the multiple windows on all of its directions; you can see the entire neighborhood in a 360 degree view.

The interior has white walls and multiple spots of light to offer a homogenous light inside and the large number of windows ensures that a lot of natural light also enters to reduce the energy costs during the day. The flooring is made from a light wood that adds a natural element and gives the interior a warmer ambiance.
