The Electra bicycle brand unveiled their BikeHub in the spring of 2012 which is a pavilion near a gateway in Saint-Petersburg, Russia and it was designed by the architects Andrey Ukolov and Ekaterina Osipova who took the first place in the Cycle Home competition for this project. Mill Junction by Citiq

Two of the unused grain silos of Johannesburg, South Africa were converted into affordable accommodations for students by the Citiq property developers, thus offering a solution for the shortage of available rooms in the city. The project is called Mill Junction and it offers 375 individual apartments along with additional study areas, libraries, lounges and computer rooms.
