Casa Palillos E-3 takes its name from the nearby beach and it is located on an irregular terrain to the south of Lima, Peru offering great views of the sea and a contemporary design created by the practice of Vertice Arquitectos.

The structure tries to take advantage of the sloping terrain through the use of different materials and textures throughout its three levels to provide several relations between the interior and the surrounding landscape with a view of the sea from almost all rooms of the house.

The central space was enclosed on all sides acting as a patio protected from direct sunlight and thus also ensuring complete privacy but still maintaining the sea in visual range. The entrance to the master area is made through the third floor via a wooden bridge leading into the double height hall and giving an overview of the social area on the second floor with the swimming pool.
