Located in Chloraka, Cyprus, the Andri & Yiorgos Residence was designed in 2013 by the practice of Vardastudio Architects and Designers with two levels that are easily distinguished due to the use of different materials on the exterior, but indoors they all follow the same aesthetic integrating the living spaces.

The ground floor seems raw and unfinished due to the concrete and it opens to the rear to give access to a semi-covered verandah in the shape of an L. The second volume is placed in the middle and is clad in corten steel toward the street, giving complete privacy and opening toward the garden into a large balcony.

The ground floor hosts the living area which opens through sliding glass doors toward the garden and rear deck, while the bedrooms are on the first floor to allow better views of the surroundings. The materials were chosen to go together and express the same formal concept.
