This project was designed by the practice of Ho & Partners Architects in 2009 and is located in the southwest part of Zhongwei City between the Pingan and Shapitou Avenues.

The projects covers a floor area of approximately 16 thousand square meters and a total project site area of about 80 thousand square meters with development of some of the adjacent blocks still in progress and several other residential and cultural projects planned that will complete the Zhongwei Master Plan that tries to bring the area to a more contemporary aesthetic.

The project uses an irregular design to attract attention through the use of high quality materials and during the night the entire structure is illuminated with a wonderful shade of blue or green that reflects perfectly on the water surface nearby.

The modern approach on the design of the complex and the adjacent projects tries to also offer a touch of local cultural references in the process and thus the facades try to be homage to the local stone paintings and the weaving patterns of sand-barriers.
