The architectural practice of Oscar Properties refurbished this apartment in 2010 bringing in up to date with all white interiors and a colonial style master bedroom.
The apartment is located in the building of the former Lumafabriken lamp and light bulb factory built in 1920. The project is near the Hammarby Lake in Stockholm, Sweden offering a view of the sea from all rooms with the archipelago filled with yachts passing through the entire day.
The ceiling has a height of 4.4 meters and this makes each room seem much more spacious, permitting the addition of a mezzanine bedroom with an overview of the living area. The entire apartment spreads over a surface of 25 square meters but this doesn’t mean that it can’t include a guest room, a children’s room, a home office, a large bathroom, a kitchen clad in white carrara marble and a lot of storage space.
