This West Village townhouse was designed by the Revamp architectural practice with a specific setting in each room to give an artistic vibe to the whole project.
The home spreads over a surface of 7800 square feet arranged on six floors and it was created for a family that relocated from London to New York where they want to settle. The crisp tones of the original project were ideal for a refurbishment and the Revamp studio brough all their creative powers into the space.
The living room has an antique day bed combined with vintage and contemporary elements that bring plenty of textures into the ambiance as well as playful colors. The decorative elements are inspired from the British heritage as we can see in the foyer rug with a flag and the other areas have more neutral tones such as the ones in the kitchen that features a hand painted mural with umber patterns.
The large kitchen was designed with functionality in mind but elements such as a farmhouse table with a Murano chandelier above it ensure its unique presence.
