Vinedo DeCote is a winery designed by the practice of Serrano Monjaraz Arquitectos in 2014 and it is located in Ezequiel Montes, Queretaro, Mexico with facilities that cover the operation of the vineyard as well as the depositing needs of the eight acre site.

The program was designed to provide easy flow for the visitors who can go from the vineyards to the tank room, bottling room and basement cellar and there are several spaces reserved for the visitors such as the tasting bistro where you can also buy wine and a multipurpose room with restaurant for different events and gatherings.

The process begins with the grapes being sent up the roof into a ramp after which they are pressed into the steel tanks and left in barrels to age. After this, bottling begins and the wine is put into the basement at a depth of 19 feet to avoid the need for refrigeration and humidity control systems.
