Located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, The Troika was completed in 2011 and is currently the highest and the most luxurious residential complex in the entire country.
The project was designed by the architectural practice of Foster + Partners based in London and it tries to offer an urban escape which is spread into three towers.
The exterior façade of the building was built to provide safety in case of environmental hazards and the bathrooms in the residential units were equipped with Duravit fixtures which were designed by Lord Norman Foster to provide a contemporary design which also ensuring functionality.
One of the towers has a height of 160 meters with 38 floors, another one has 177 meters and 44 floors and the last one has 204 meters and 50 floors.
The towers host residential units, retail spaces, restaurants and offices and they are connected through two double volume glass encased bridges at the 24th floor.
