City Bowl is part of Cape Town, South Africa and the Bridge House was a challenging project, coordinated and designed by Van Der merwe Miszewski Architects that takes advantage of this great location. They had to take into consideration the topography of the site that was in some areas very steep and they came up with this masterpiece.

The key location on which this house lies offers multiple views,s uch as views of Pine forest, the city, the harbour, the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, Devils Peak, Table Mountain, Signal Hill and Lions Head. It is called the Bridge House because next to it a bridge is set across the Donga.

The dry riverbed has a spectacular pool and stream while the garden is regenerated with planting and watering. There is also a pond and some pathways and steps that were added to the topography of the site. The house offers living areas, main bedrooms and guest quarters for only $700 to $2,700 per night since it`s up for rent all year long.
