Café Coutume Aoyama by CUT Architectures

The Parisian practice of CUT Architectures designed the Café Coutume in Paris and they also designed the Café Coutume Aoyama in Tokyo, Japan with a white steel grid on the ceiling, plants under the illumination areas and white tiled surfaces that make the entire space look like a laboratory. Paris New-York Restaurant by CUT Architectures

The CUT Architectures studio designed the Paris New-York Restaurant in Paris, France which is the latest extension of the hamburger restaurant chain in the city. The restaurant is renowned for the quality of their ingredients that are selected to provide the delicious burgers and due to the theme of the food; the designers opted for a combination of the New York culture with the Parisian one while trying to avoid clichés.
