The practice of Amy Lau Design refurbished this splendid mid-century triplex in Tribeca, New York with a double height ceiling, bright living areas and bespoke furniture pieces from contemporary designers combined with vintage ones for a one-of-a-kind interior.

The living area is the central area and there are several functional zones such as the two lounge areas or the large dining table that can host up to ten persons. The most impressive feature of the design is its rich elegance, with each area offering a unique setting.

The color palette combines white and gray tones with wooden surfaces and textures brought by carpets and furniture pieces to emphasize the bright apartment and the view of the urban surroundings. Designed for comfort, the contemporary furniture and accents are complimented by white columns and bold touches of color like golden, beige or brown to give personality to each area and its specific ambiance.
