The project spreads over a surface of 114 square meters and it has a single bedroom with a very warm and cozy ambiance. The materials used in its design are all natural, and UK sourced products to ensure an environmentally friendly space.
The apartment is on the fourth floor and it features large windows to allow abundant natural light into the entertaining space which takes the shape of a large reception room and dining area integrated with a fully sustainable kitchen. The wooden floors and exposed brickwork ensure a welcoming atmosphere and the original fireplaces can still be used. The bedroom has a large wardrobe space and it also includes an en-suite bathroom with a combination of vintage and contemporary elements such as the transparent glass walls.
