This luxurious country home in the Californian wine country is on sale for the price of 8.995.000 dollars and it offers a 22 acre plot with a 4578 square feet house designed by the architect Conrad Sanchez.

The house contains three bedrooms, five full bathrooms, a spacious living room with a dining room and gourmet kitchen integrated and an a 12 feet glass entrance which allows a stunning panorama of the countryside. The living area extends to a poolside lawn with a view of the Sonoma Valley, Mount Diablo, Mount Tamalpais and San Pablo Bay.

The house also has a 1000 square feet wine cavern in the hillside where the owners can store their wine collection as well as entertain guests. The interior design of the home was put together by Chris Reed and it features a neutral color scheme with soft cream and chocolate brown tones.

There is a separate guesthouse with a similar aesthetic and it also offers large glazed surfaces and expansive windows. This house contains a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with its fireplace and kitchen.
