The SENSO Convention Center located in Binhu, Wuxi, Jiangsu, China was designed by the MINAX architectural practice in 2010 with a contemporary style that focuses on light in the first place trying to explore and define the spaces and functions through the light while also creating a dynamic space that changes according to the natural light.
The convention center is placed east of the new company site and it has a multipurpose hall with a surface of 1000 square meters without any columns along with four meeting rooms of various sizes and matching functions.
The company is concerned with the manufacturing industry, providing most of its services to foreign customers, so a space for meetings and employee training was required. Due to its purpose, the building has an open design which invites everyone to take part in the activities.
The windows are irregular and they break the impression of order which is created by the metallic materials.
