The Penthouse North Star was designed in 2012 by the practice of Lev-Gargir Architects and it is located in Tel Aviv, Israel, offering an overview of the city from the contemporary interior.
The penthouse spreads over a surface of 350 square meters and the minimalist aesthetic makes it seem even larger due to the open layout. The young couple inhabiting the project likes to entertain guests and thus extra attention was paid to the living area.
The lower level hosts the children’s rooms, the master bedroom and the entertainment room, all of the featuring a black predominant tone with blends of white and gray to create a cozy ambiance where you can relax freely.
The upper floor has the shape of a cube with three sides covered in glass and it has a balcony surrounding it which offers an overview of the park, the city and the nearby sea. As a contrast to the lower level, this floor is predominantly white and adds a blending background to the dining and living areas as well as to the kitchen.
