The National Stadium or “National Arena” is a brand new football stadium from Bucharest, Romania, designed by Max Bogl and finished in the summer of 2011. The stadium was built on the site of the former National Stadium, which was completed in 1953 and demolished in 2007 to make room for this lovely stadium. Romania’s new National Stadium is an UEFA Category 4 stadium and will host the 2012 UEFA Europa League final and probably many other events as well.…
