Located on the 31st floor of a residential complex in Netanya, Israel, the Opera Penthouse is a project designed by the Domb Architects studio with a contemporary aesthetic and elegantly decorated with Armani features to act as “a harmonious meeting point between the sky and the sea” according to the architects.
The residential complex is on a cliff and this ensures a great overview of the surroundings from the open floor plan living area which integrates the kitchen, dining and lounge spaces into a single social area. The master bedroom and the dressing room were placed toward the east and the bathroom was set as an integral part of the bedroom with a partition that allows the separation of the two rooms if needed.
The placement the bathroom offers a great view of the sea and there are two marble sink pieces above the bathroom furniture acting as art pieces as well as offering the usual functionality. The top floor gives access to an additional living room with a terrace and swimming pool, a gym and a guest bedroom and this area can be accessed via elevator.
