The One Thousand Museum is the first residential building design that the architectural practice of Zaha Hadid designed in the United States and it features a luxury condominium with 60 floors that will be located in Miami and will add new beauty to its skyline from 2014 on.

This project tries to be an example of the city’s maturing development and it tries to transform Miami into an international cosmopolitan center and a cultural capital.

The location of the project is along the Biscayne Boulevard, one of the major traffic arteries of the city and it will reach over 700 feet with a sinuous exoskeleton that wants to conceal the balconies and also give the structure its own identity.

The price of units will range from 900 to 1400 dollars per square foot thus reaching around 4 to 15 million dollars for each apartment, with duplex penthouses reaching from 30 to 50 million dollars.
