This luxury apartment is located in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York and it is owned by the interior designed Jamie Drake being a part of a tower designed by Annabelle Selldorf.

The loft offers a car elevator so that each resident can park his car in his own attached garage and its interior design continues some of the options that Selldorf chose for the building, such as the Wausau windows, while also transforming the space into an elegant and welcoming environment similar to a cocktail lounge.

The large column in the center of the living area was enveloped in a large cabinet made with ebonized wood to divide the space in two with one side hosting a large sofa and a Milo Baughman lounge chair composing the entertainment area, while the other side hosts a bookshelf and a sofa for cocktails and conversation.

The bathroom is highly exquisite and the entire apartment is decorated with artworks and furnishings from famous designers, such as the chandelier designed by Ted Abramczyk for Ralph Pucci, to make the space feel even more unique.
