New Arbat Avenue is one of the major streets in Moscow, Russia and the SL*Project design studio created a residential project here with an open plan and a cozy contemporary interior.
The living area of the loft is very large integrating the dining area and kitchen into the same space and the central element is a service toilet which is hidden inside the wooden surface of a cylindrical volume to add contrast and a natural touch to the otherwise minimalist ambiance.
The living room even extends to the bathroom due to its transparent doors and aside from the TV entertainment area there is an additional lounge where you can rest by the fireplace. The dining area has white furniture and separates itself from the rest of the space through the use of a colorful carpet.
The predominant tone inside is white to increase the luminosity of the space and there are touches of color such as a blue bear, the dining area carpet or the grey island next to the wooden volume that increase the diversity of the ambiance.
