The Marmol & Bamboo House is a luxurious house located in a residential complex in the northern side of Madrid, Spain and it was designed by the A-cero architectural practice.
The location offers a lot of pine trees and oaks, some of which are in front of the façade. The site is rectangular and has a low slope and, due to the surrounding Mediterranean landscape, the designers used ventilated stone white marble and bamboo wood for the exterior to make the house look both stylish and modern.
The interiors offer abundant light and the furniture makes the rooms more interesting due to the large amount of curved surfaces that blend in quite well with the cream polished marble on the living room floor or with the Havanna oak in the bedroom.
There are three levels in the house, with the living room on the ground level along with a guest toilet, the storage area, the kitchen and a master bedroom with a dressing room. The basement hosts the garage and the service area and the first floor contains three en suite bedrooms.
