Loft 44 is a contemporary residence in Praia Brava, Brazil which features a bright cosmopolitan style created by the designers Salvio Moraes Jr. and Moacir Schmitt Jr. from the CASAdesign Interiores studio.
The owners are a married couple with a busy life so they required a home where they could feel relaxed and detach from daily worries. Spreading over a surface of 220 square meters, this apartment has an open floor plan that lets abundant light inside and from the entrance hall you enter into the living area, with a kitchen and dining space connected to them.
The soothing ambiance is enriched through the use of artworks throughout and the center of the living area has a large tapestry leather with earthen tones to create a patchwork. The art pieces area created by Fabiana Lanaro Loos and by Helena Neckel, while the furniture pieces come from designers like Jader Almeida, Sergio Rodrigues, Guilherme Torres, Maarten Baas or Ron Gilad.
