The KIPCO Tower located in the financial district of Kuwait City, Kuwait was developed by United Real Estate Company and was designed by the architectural practice of SSH International. This project is unique in Kuwait since it features offices, apartments and commercial spaces into a single tower.

One of the distinctive traits of the project is its flexibility, with the aid of several mechanisms it allows the inhabitants to customize the layout of the space and adapt it to their own needs. This is particularly important for the office spaces.

The tower offers a 360 degree view of the city and of the Arabian Gulf and the apartments inside have one, two or three bedrooms all being equipped with lighting control devices, HVAC, blinds and various other systems which can be controlled through touch screens, voice or smart phones.

Aside from the apartments and offices, there are retail spaces and a variety of local and international F&B concepts to complete the picture.
