The Four Seasons Resort in Orlando, Florida features a master plan and landscape designed by the EDSA studio as a relaxing environment as well as a place where the clients can explore and interact with each other.
The project is on the Walt Disney World Resort property in the Golden Oak residential community, offering 443 five-diamond rooms and a terrain of 26 acres. There is a feature lake and wetlands nearby with meeting spaces, restaurants, a spa, fitness center, swimming pools, a business center and a large recreational island.
The aesthetic is inspired from European design with loggias, colonnades, columns and arches to create a timeless architecture that takes advantage of the view toward the golf course, landscape areas from the rooftop restaurant of Magic Kingdom Park fireworks.
The lake is landscaped with formal gardens, native ornamental grasses, oaks, palms and pine trees to transition from the gardens to the native wetlands and there is a canal flowing from Bay Lake with a total of 2500 trees and around 80000 shrubs.
