The Brown Rudnick law firm in London had their offices refurbished by the practice of Brady Mallalieu Architects in 2014 which is located on Clifford Street in Mayfair and the central element of the project is the bespoke spiral staircase in the central atrium which was created by the EeStairs studio.

The structure was the house of Thomas Walker who was the Surveyor General of Crown Lands and it used to contain his collection of paintings from several Dutch and Italian masters. The oil mural on the entrance walls and the atrium with glass roof connect the center of the plan which is used for seminars and social gatherings.

The space needed better access to the main reception since the original route went through a service corridor and it suffered from poor acoustics which was resolved by using acoustic timber panels on the walls while the spiral staircase solved the access problems.
