The interior designer practice of Jovo Bozhinovski from Bulgaria has completed this project in 2010, and turned the place into an ultramodern suite.

Although it might seem impersonal and cold through the use of the minimalist design and furniture along with the shades of grey, this was exactly what the owners requested for their apartment. Thus the materials used were glass, metal, fiberglass and technical stone.

Most of the furniture was also designed by the Jovo Bozhinovski practice specifically for this apartment and also the staircase railings, kitchen and the lamp above the sofa.

Although the loft has only 110 square meters, its two floors house two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a dining area/living room. Each room maintains the sci-fi feeling through different ways, and everything looks like it is of the top quality. The TV room has the most terrific system of illumination that together with the rounded walls provide the impression of actually living somewhere in the future.
