Located in Rosengatan, Gothenburg, Sweden this splendid attic apartment was built in 2010 and it has a beautiful Nordic aesthetic with a bright interior and a large terrace offering unobstructed views of the surroundings.

The loft spreads over a surface of 90 square meters and it includes an open floor living area incorporating the kitchen and containing a fireplace. Access to the loft is made through the stairway or the elevator and the entrance hall leads directly into the living room with a high 4.5 meters ceiling and a skylight that provides extra natural light.

The walls have a white tone and the flooring offers contrasts with the dark tiles that underlie the floor heating below. This area also hosts a coffee table and a wardrobe while the kitchen is made with the high quality materials and is fully equipped with appliances. The workspaces are stainless steel and solid oak and the terrace acts as a natural extension of the kitchen allowing you to dine outside or at the interior dining area for 6 persons.
