This office building located in Iselin, New Jersey, USA was renovated for the Hampshire Companies by the architectural practice of Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, winning numerous awards for its ingenious design.

The project has five floors with a total surface of 10000 square meters and a strongly horizontal composition which was created with a transparent glass to provide a splendid view and a lot of light inside.

The tree-like column which supports the structure’s fourth floor is also one of its representative features and there is a rectangular hole carved in the center of the floor in order to provide light for the plaza at the entrance.

Due to its modern, even futuristic, design which combines wood and glass as the predominant materials, the project stands out and next to it several pyramidal landscape shapes were placed to provide a dynamic visual effect which increases the visual presence of the office building even further.
