The practice of Carola Vannini Architecture did a wonderful job reorganizing this apartment in the Colosseo area of Rome, Italy.

The apartment enters into the kitchen and living room, which are designed as connected for extra space. This body is planned as a separate volume from the rest of the house, and is separated from the ceiling and floor through a line of LED lights that give a terrific effect. The kitchen also has a couple of sliding glass doors for when it is in use.

The minimalist decorations and furniture, which was also designed by the architect, give it a nice balance and increase the luminosity and space offered. The apartment also contains three bedrooms, three bathrooms and an office.

The black frames on the windows and doors contrast wonderfully with the white color of the rest and the wooden floor manages to bring the two opposites together in a perfect blend.

The main bedroom and bathroom have the same design elements and colors, adding the green color to make it more calming and natural than the usual colors. The whole apartment is built with a care for colors that fits a painter and turns it into an extraordinary place to live in. I would be proud to call this my home.
