The AZ Groeninge Auditorium in Kortrijk, Belgium is a part of a meeting center on the site of the general hospital with the same name and it was designed by the Dehullu Architecten practice in 2014. The GWP Architecture practice in collaboration with Thomas Heatherwick created the Bombay Sapphire’s Laverstoke Mill distillery which was presented at the Ecobuild Conference in London and it received the BREEAM “Outstanding” Award for industrial design. The Gad Architecture practice was commissioned to renovate the Besiktas Fish Market in Turkey with a simple form that would allow the triangular space to host temporary art installations and elements which will generate themselves through color, texture and light. This transparent cabin was created for the Badboot boat in Antwerp by the AirClad studio and it acts as a shelter for rooftop bar on the boat which also has one of the largest floating swimming pools in the world.
