Caffe dell’Oro is a dining venue in Florence, Italy, only a few steps away from the Portrait Firenze Hotel and near the Medieval Ponte Vecchio.

The Caffe dell’Oro is a part of the hotel and it offers a break on the banks of the Arno River with an overview of the gold workshops. The dining experience offered here is cooked only with the best ingredients by the executive chef Peter Brunel who received a Michelin star when he was 28 years old and he is renowned for the choice of Tuscan cuisine.

The menu combines traditional dishes in an original manner and you have a choice of various pastas as well as Zibello aged Culatello or Grigio del Casentino prosciutto. Aside from the cuisine the Caffe dell’Oro provides an exclusive array of Bocelli family wines that are headed by the famous tenor Andrea, continuing a line that started 130 years ago.
