Designed by the practice of Murphy/Jahn Architecture the 600 Fairbanks Court is located in Chicago, USA and it includes 227 luxury condominiums.

There are two parcels on the site, an empty one and another one with a three floor building to the north side. Two adjacent sites have been combined through a planned development that tries to maximize the potential of the building area. The building contains 28 residential floors and 11 floors for parking that has spaces for 215 automobiles.

The entire structure rises to the height of 445 feet and the ceiling of each unit reaches 10 feet. Each apartment features floor to ceiling windows to provide extra light inside and also offer a better view of the surroundings.

The design tries to combine advanced engineering with minimalist architectural aesthetics to create a light and elegant design that focuses on transparency and sustainability, eliminating all the unnecessary elements in order to provide ultimate functionality.
