The 1181 N Hillcrest Road residential project was created by the Ferrugio Design + Associates practice for none other than the Swedish billionaire Markus Persson who created the Minecraft game and it is located in Beverly Hills, being currently the most expensive home in the area.

The high end home is in the Trousdale Estates neighborhood with a surface of 23.000 square feet and the cost reached 70 million dollars with amenities like a candy room, a screening room with 18 seats or an onyx dining room table with a surface of 18 feet. The seats alone, designed by Roberto Cavalli cost 3.700 dollars each.

There are eight bedroom and 15 bathrooms equipped with Toto Neorest toilets and the interior offers panoramic views of the downtown LA and of the Pacific Ocean. The ambiance inside is enriched by art pieces like a replica of James Dean’s motorcycle and there is also a chromed Ma Deuce machine gun.
